The house, mediator between the orchard and the park

We live in the park or we live in the orchard, is the main idea of the project, which aims to create urban courtyards with the theme of fruit trees. The homes will thus have a core that will strengthen the community, through the orchards, and a "shell", the park, that will wrap the adjacent spaces and give them a public character.

The volume of the buildings started from the house with a central courtyard, from which we extracted the cube house (the equivalent of the inner courtyard) and the bar house (the living perimeter broken into bars).
